Freya is used to missing time, having decades pass without so much of a blink of an eye, and she used to think that she had never missed much. But waking up from that small, five year sleep and seeing how much Hope has changed is more disorienting than her previous "naps."

All the same, it's nice to be among family again, and as she wanders in to check on them both, she can't help but smirk over Hayley's shoulder.

"Planning for the future?"

"Less planning and more daydreaming," Hayley admits, shrugging and pulling a chair up for her. Somehow Freya has become just as much family as the rest of them. It's like a Mikaelson superpower, they just worm their way in and stay there.

"As much as I'd like to plan for a nice trip, I'm pretty sure it's not happening any time soon." Even if this drama settles down, there will probably be more that follows.

"Maybe not, but it's good to have goals." Says the woman who fought for a thousand years to get to her siblings until she finally did. "And given that you are a hybrid, in theory you will have the opportunity to take a vacation at some point."

It may be like ... ten years from now, but still.

That makes Hayley smile a little. "Hopefully sometime before Hope is an old lady. I want her to have as normal of a life as possible in this family. Maybe even go to school, and make friends who aren't thousands of years old. No offense."

It's hard to think of herself when she has Hope to worry about instead. Not to mention all of them.

"None taken. I know we can be quite the bore."

Or at least Elijah can. Always name dropping all those famous people and having done everything. But a vacation actually sounds lovely. Freya would be down for having nothing to do but sun herself on a beach.

"It might be nice for Hope to make some friends her own age too."
