OKAY ALL YOU LOVELY PEOPLE. Here's what we need to go down. If we want to try and sort out the plot we have going based on who's around and who needs to be picked up, let's start making an actual timeline. Just to make things easier on everybody's brain. Also feel free to use this as a plotting post and to find out more regarding what the other characters are doing!

and then i'm planning to have them start to head west. they drive most of the day, then stop to gather supplies from abandoned houses/stay there for a bit.
what i'm thinking could happen and what i vaguely discussed with eri was that after elena & co get picked up by judith's people and wind up in her cult place, some deserters from the cult could bump into damon & co and be like oh hey you're sure supposed to be captured @katherine and then they find out it's katherine and go to get elena free from crazy bitch claws and reunion happens IS DIS OKAY

I AM GOOD WITH THIS, so long as my half of the group is okay with Elena getting grabbed at some point. I know this tends to be her purpose in life, but it's a good one for moving plot forward. So, tentative yes on my end of it, but we'll see what Brian and Christina say.

After this I still have no plans. He's heading toward Judith/CO on the hopes that more people means, well, more people. Food plus possible people he knows. He'll probably get there around Day 8-ish, since he's got nothing better to do than just drink and drive. (lol so safe Stefan)
He can either run into people on the road and help drive everyone (lmao that impala must be PACKED ;) ) or they can rendezvous in Colorado. I AM NOT PICKY o3o

... Yes, the Impala will be very full, which is why I'm proposing kidnappings. A Colorado rendezvous sounds good to me, we'll just see how it shapes up on everyone else's end.
