[Adelle's always loved Hawaii. It's a nearly perfect paradise, nestled in the middle of the Pacific. If she weren't here for business, she might be enjoying it a little more.

Unfortunately, she's here because she has a dead active, a body to claim, and an explanation to give this new police division that seems to not want to release the remains. She reaches the front desk with a demure smile, Victor on her left to protect her if need be.]

Hello, I'm looking for a ... Steve McGarrett?

[ He's got people breathing down his neck to release the remains, but Steve's not doing it. He's got Danny telling him to just ship off the body to whoever wants it, but that's just Danny being Danny. He loves justice, but if he can squeeze in extra time with Grace by sliding a case onto someone else's plate he'll do it. Steve doesn't give up that easy.

Control issues.

Least that's what Danny calls them. Kono is the one to intercept the duo at the desk downstairs. She checks credentials and leads them up to the office. She knocks on Steve's window and cracks open his door. Once she explains he waves them in.

Right now he's the picture of smug sitting at his desk. He knows what's happening. Someone's trying to strong arm him. ]

You guys must really want this body.

[Oh, smug is not an attractive quality, Steve. Adelle's face is as impassive as ever as she moves to take a seat at the desk in front of him.]

I represent the interests of your victim's family. Holding the body like this is impeding their ability to lay her to rest properly.
