[Derek doesn't know how to take a break. Mostly because he usually spends most of his time running for his life. But when Braedan finds a small hideaway in South America and they need to hole up for a few days, he almost thinks that it might be kind of nice.

He's currently sprawled on a hammock in the sun, like a contented house cat, and he's almost asking to be knocked out onto the sand. Or joined by is pretty not quite girlfriend.

[Derek wasn't the only one who didn't know how to take a break, Braeden didn't know how to either. Though, she probably knew how a bit more than the wolf that she'd fallen for.

A wolf, who at the moment, looked like if you petted him... he'd purr. Or claw your eyes out, one of the two. It was nice to be out here. Away from all the hell that they'd been going through. Hell that hadn't followed them to South America, not yet.

There's a part of her that thinks it might be funny to knock the big wolf into the sand, but she doesn't. Instead? She moves over and lays down beside him on the hammock.

She could handle a little downtime like this.]

[Derek feels her inch in next to him and he shifts to accommodate her, one arm coming up to tuck around her shoulders and pulling her in closer. There's enough room for them both to get comfortable, and he'll let her figure out how to arrange herself in a way that keeps them both balanced.]
