It's one of their last days together before Lizzie heads off to Europe and Josie stays behind in Mystic Falls to help take care of their dad. So, to get in as much twin time as humanly possible before the inevitable separation, they decide to make it a sister day at the nearby mall. Mani-pedis, terrible food, and a lot of shopping so that Lizzie has a full wardrobe for her grand European adventure.
