1. Pick one of your characters.
2. Pick one of my characters (or have me surprise you).
3. There's mistletoe! It can be magical or traditional, but ideally the thread will end in Christmas smooches.
4. Profit.

Dunno, traps can be tripped. And escaped. Question's how.

It is mistletoe. Do you think it's that easy?

( Is she getting what he thinks she's getting at? He looks up and back down again. )
It's a kissing trap? ( He almost calls her out, this is not where her mind should be (yes, his mind lives there all the time, this is his mind, not hers), but the more he thinks about it, the more it makes sense. ) So, logic would follow if we kissed, we're let out. Romantic trap.

That's the logic I would follow, yes. Though I think the level of romance would depend on who you're stuck with.

( Meant to baffle someone long enough to get away? He figures. )
Guess it'd give you the time to get away if you sprung this on someone. So. We kiss.

You don't have to sound so disappointed about it.
[He does like kissing her, last she checked. She takes another step closer and flashes him a smile.]
Yes, we kiss.

( Hours spent kissing is sometimes more pleasurable than the whole act and a lot less tiring at his age. )
But, I don't like it when it's being dictated to me.
( He softens then, as does his expression. Her smile tends to melt even his most ornery of moods and he settles against her naturally. It's been a long time since it's felt this natural with anyone. A real damn long time. And he lets that sink into the kiss he shares, giving in to the mistletoe's demands. A few seconds pass as he lets himself get into it and he can hear the mistletoe flop to the ground. )

Easiest supernatural problem I've ever solved.
