[Flack is at his desk, currently trying to dig himself out from under a mountain of paperwork. This is the kind of thing that happens when you ignore your responsibilities in favor of irresponsible things.

Or maybe just what happens when you have a caseload that's taller than your dog.

Either way, he'll be here a while, mainlining coffee and trying to clear his desk.]

[Anna's probably one of the few people who isn't behind on paperwork, but then again she doesn't sleep much, so she's here later than everyone else on a frequent basis.

She glances over at Flack's desk for the third time in half an hour as she cleans her glasses and then chews her lip for a moment, thinking. Once she puts her glasses back on, she rises from her desk and sidles up to Flack's desk.

Hands on the corners of the desk, she leans forward and offers her trademark half-smirk half-awkward smile.]

Looks like someone could use a hand.
