It could happen, it's happened to vamps a lot older and stronger than me.

So it's just a matter of keeping you away from pointy wooden objects.

And the sunlight. And fire. Choppin' the head off will do it too, but I move fast enough that that ain't too likely to happen

Me too. Plus side is, older a vamp is? Stronger they are.

Yep. Plus every vamp's got their own particular skills. Like I'm particularly gifted at glamourin' people.

I'm really susceptible. It's been used on me before, so I wouldn't be mad if you did, I just ... wanted to know.

I try not to use it on people I know or care about. I don't really think that's fair, you know?

Is there anyway to block it? From other vampires.

[he trusts her, but he doesn't want to be used to hurt her either.]

No, not that I know of.

Guess I'll just have to be careful, then.

Well, also, if a vamp knows you're mine, they ain't gonna touch you unless they want trouble with me.
